After receiving a degree at University of California at Irvine, emphasizing in chemical engineering and microbiology, Cezar entered the Biotech / Medical Devices Industry in 1995. He started CL Tech. Inc. in 2000 serving clientele from startups to fortune 100 companies. He has acquired vast credits (ecu's) in 21Part11, validations, network administration and various other industry related subjects. Through various projects he refined vast experience in equipment, process, utility/facility/clean-room qualifications, test method, lab instrument and CSV (computerized system validations & software) validations. He provides safety consulting, training, quality engineering and biostatistical support for several employers and clients. He has presented seminars in the USA, Spain, Korea, and other countries on Part 11, Validations, Audits, QC techniques, etc. Specializing since 1995 in production / R&D environments for API, IV, medical devices, cosmetics, nuclear devices, biochemical, ophthalmic, solid/semisolid dose, recombinant, IVD, and plasma related manufacturing.
