Purchasing Agreement

All purchases are at your own discretion.  These Rules apply to all purchases.

By purchasing, you agree and understand the Terms of Agreement (TOA).  You will hold CL Tech. Inc., owner, associates and affiliates harmless of all liability.  You will not hold CL Tech. Inc., owner, associates, and affiliates responsible for any events / repercussions / consequences leading from government inspections, loss of assets, quarantines, recalls, lawsuits, audits, vendor inspections, consent decree(s), injunctions and other actions.

Account verification process is our method of verifying honesty/integrity of buyer.  CL Tech. Inc. holds the right to refuse sale after verification of account.  Should CL Tech. Inc. find a buyer not fit for business relations, the buyer will be notified of the rejection.  CL Tech. Inc will not be required to disclose reasons for rejection of sale (refusal).

Why the cost difference between verified and other costs?

The lower cost of the verified accounts is due to the fact that these documents are uncontrolled and copyright protection cannot be guaranteed in public domain.  By verifying your account we can be sure that the documents will be in the possession of a legitimate / trustworthy party.  We can also track the use of these documents to make sure that the copyright has not been violated.  After verification process which may include a phone conversation, you will have the option of downloading

 

Refund Policy

To defend the copyright protection documents and products you purchase are non-refundable.  Should you make a purchase in error.  The following information will be necessary for an investigation.

• The following will be collected:
• Name, company, department, title, and functions will be submitted for review.
• Project names and reason for documents.
• A phone investigation with purchaser and company management / executives.
• Additionally at discretion of CL Tech. Inc. a written letter of explanation may be needed  explaining error / mix-up on company letterhead with signature from company management / executives and promise to destroy and/or return.
• Following resolution, the document(s) will be returned via courier (buyer must pay for shipping) if purchased via courier and electronic copies will be destroyed by buyer and/or buyer's company.
• After resolution has been completed, the buyer will be refunded the original price of documents.

These documents are the property and copyright of CL Tech. Inc. and it's associates.  By purchasing the documents the copyright is transferred to the buyer.  The buyer agrees not to distribute or copy, except within the buyer's company.
