Purpose
- Collection of pertinent data to create test cases, protocol,
acceptance criteria, maintenance and other necessary documents. This
will allow for the creation of a traceability matrix.
Scope
- The information collected herein will be used to generate validation
protocol, acceptance criteria, and test cases in the Installation
Qualification. In case this document is used for computerized
systems or equipment with risk analysis, user requirements, design
specifications, software specifications, additional traceability matrix
allow for verification that all criteria and specific data points were
considered.
