Purchase Request for Protocols / Documents / Templates

You have the option of purchasing documents electronically and downloading immediately online or receiving the documentation via courier service in paper format with a floppy/CD (where necessary).  By purchasing you agree to the TOA and purchasing agreement.

Documents can be shipped in Rich Text Format (RTF - readable by most software), DOC (Word format) or in a ZIP package (if several documents).  This will be decided at the end of transaction. Read why the price difference for Shipped / verified. 

Note: You may select as many documents/packages as you wish using the "Shipped/Verified" method using the basket.

You will NOT be asked for a credit card at this time.

* One document or package can be purchased at a time and processed.  After each purchase you may return for more, repeating the process.

**After your account is verified you will have the option of downloading or having product(s) shipped.  Account verification process may take 1-7 days.  The document(s) will be sent or available (for download) within 1-5 days after you receive an email of confirmation after the account verification process ended.
